Note: Trolls: Caveat Emptor

Regarding plagiarism and its implications, we are aware of the truth; infringers exist, aided by unscrupulous patent attorneys who are not transparent with their clients. Some have adopted the unethical practice of plagiarizing product research from USPTO and CPO patent publications, similar to what has been observed in the software industry. They find ways to feign legitimacy, even going as far as including the true inventor’s name in their publications. This plagiarism persists, taking advantage of gaps in the dissemination of knowledge, and it is disheartening to witness. In the truck/trailer industry, discoveries meant for legitimate licensing often fall victim to organizations with questionable ethics. Such petty larceny only hampers industry progress due to a lack of integrity. These charlatans know that progress comes at a cost, but they refuse to pay it, leaving their unsuspecting customers deceived.
